How do I return an item?

BUY AT A FIGLEAF STORE  /  EXCHANGE AT A FIGLEAF STORE

All items purchased in, picked up in, or exchanged in Figleaf stores, must be exchanged inside Figleaf stores according to our store exchange policy posted on our merchandise tags and receipts.  No refunds!

Store Exchange Policy:

·          No refunds. 

·          Exchanges only for store credit.

·          Must be within 10 days of purchase.

·          Must have receipt. 

·          Item must have tag attached and may not be worn, washed, or damaged. 

·          No exchange on discounted sale items, swimwear, earrings or makeup.

·          Please note that we do not guarantee or warranty any item for any particular use or for any length of time.

Step 1:  Take the item(s) purchased at Figleafshop.com to a Figleaf store to exchange for in-store credit.

Step 1:  Place items(s) back in original packaging. 

·          MUST include Figleafshop.com receipt/invoice that came in your original package.

·          Seal package!

Step 2:  Ship package via UPS or FED EX only, at your own expense, within 10 days of the receipt/invoice to:

 Step 2:  Wait up to 2 weeks for credit card reimbursement.

 

Policy:  In order to have your credit card reimbursed for the cost of the item(s) purchased:

·          Items must be received at Figleafshop.com Return Center within 10 days of Figleafshop.com invoice date.

·          Figleafshop.com Invoice must be with item(s) returned!

·          Item(s) must have tag attached and may not be worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

We do not offer store credit or credit card reimbursement on:

·          SPECIAL CHARGES—shipping charges, handling charges, gift wrap charges etc;

·         ITEM(S)—sale items, discounted items, swimwear, earrings, makeup, AND worn, washed flawed or damaged items.

·         ITEM(S)---without Figleaf tags attached

·         ITEM(S)---items received after 10 days, items received by US Postal Service or any method other than UPS or FedEx.
